ERIN ANDERSON | OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

“I’m Erin, and I look after all things admin here—from answering calls and managing paperwork to keeping everything organised behind the scenes. I handle scheduling, coordinate meetings, and ensure that deadlines are met so that the team can focus on what they do best. I also manage our supplies, update records, and assist with various projects as needed. I like being the person who helps keep the team running smoothly and making sure nothing gets missed along the way.

I really enjoy the mix of things I get to do each day and being part of a team that’s easy to work with and proud of what we build. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my family or heading off on a weekend adventure.

JAMES FILTNESS | FOREMAN

“With six years of hands-on experience at A-Team, I’ve worked my way up to a Site Foreman role—making sure each project runs smoothly from the ground up. 

Over the years, I’ve been involved in a wide range of builds, from renovations and extensions to brand new homes. This variety has allowed me to sharpen my skills in problem-solving, leadership, and team coordination. I feel lucky to work alongside a great team of people and take pride in delivering quality results on projects that are both challenging and rewarding. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and making the most of life off the tools.”

ADAM MULING | FOREMAN

I’ve been a qualified carpenter for nine years, including two years in London working on high-end builds in South West London with Roxburgh Constructions. That time taught me how to navigate tight spaces in old terrace houses, lead productive on-site teams, and build strong relationships with clients.

Since joining A-Team, I’ve loved the variety of work—we rarely do the same job twice. What really makes it enjoyable is the awesome crew we work with and the satisfaction that comes from seeing each build take shape. Two standout projects for me have been 445 Canning Street and 36 Great Valley Road—very different builds, but both finished with incredible results. Outside of work, I’m usually catching a Hawks game or planning my next trip.

TIM ANDERSON | FOREMAN

I’ve been working in the construction industry for many years and have been part of the A-Team for the past seven. What I enjoy most about the job is seeing the visual progress each day brings—watching something take shape from the ground up is incredibly rewarding.

One of my favourite projects was North Street, where the clients were fantastic and gave me the trust and freedom to make key decisions along the way. Outside of work, I love camping with my family and travelling around Australia, making the most of our time outdoors.”
