We are proud to bring to life innovative architectural visions with precision and care. This project, Princes Hill House, is also featured in The Local Project, built in close collaboration with Atelier Wagner. Our role as the builders of this significant renovation allows us to highlight not only the architectural achievement but also the inspiring moments of collaboration and craftsmanship that define our work.

Expanding in a family connection dating back to 1889, Princes Hill House embodies a respectful evolution of a historic Victorian terrace, blending tradition with contemporary sensibilities. Atelier Wagner carefully designed an extension that responds to the existing fabric with restrained elegance, emphasizing indoor-outdoor connectivity and the home’s ongoing narrative. We at A-Team Builders took on the challenge of turning this vision into reality, ensuring every detail—from the robust materials of concrete, steel, and zinc to the delicate carvings—was executed with precision and finesse.
